Based on your chosen package, you will receive as follows.

• One main elements concept boards. Each of the concept boards will include 9 main pieces for your specific room.

There are 3 Service Package priced acordingly:

• Fuss Free Home Design – $350 per Room
• Home Design To Show-Off – $775 per Room
• All-Inclusive Home Design – $1,375 per Room

You can have the complete service pack within ten days of submitting your design questionnaire answers, room measurements, space pictures, and other details needed to begin designing your space. You will find the list of required information in the Welcome Pack you will receive upon purchase. The service is available for 30 days from purchase day. You will have to submit your details and start the design process during this open period to benefit from the purchased service.

Turnaround Time

All design packages are generally delivered within 14 days from the moment you have shared your homework with me (measurements, room pictures, inspiration pictures, and answered the Design Questionnaire).

If you are in a rush, please let me know as you can get your design in less than 10 working days for an additional service fee.

Timely Communication

All communications will be online, through email, within my working hour schedule. Please allow me a maximum of 48 hours to reply to your emails.

I would like for us to have open and constant communication, which is the key factor for our success. Please contact me via email if you have any questions or thoughts to share.

YOUR HOMEWORK:

1. DESIGN QUESTIONNAIRE
   • Fill in the Design Questionnaire with details about the room of your choice. Don’t worry; you don’t need to complete all the details, as there are no right or wrong answers. This is just for me to understand your wish-list, lifestyle and your expectation from this project.
2. MEASUREMENTS
   • Together with the questionnaire, you will measure the room and take pictures from each angle of it. If there are any pieces you would like to keep and incorporate in the design, please take a picture of them and measure them as you do with the room. Instructions on how to measure the space and objects are provided in this pack.
3. INSPIRATION PICTURES
   • As a picture can express what words can not, you should send me at least 5-10 inspirational photos (or more) in any way you wish. Share your Pinterest or Houzz boards with me or ask me for a separate upload link.

MY HOMEWORK

1. DESIGN BOARD
   • Based on the information you shared, I will prepare two tailored Concept Boards with the main 9 items for the room and send them to you within 5 days. You’ll have included one or two rounds of revision (depending on your service package) to refine the proposal. If corrections are needed, I will send you an updated design within the next 2 days after your change request.
2. FINAL DESIGN PACK

   • After you approve the final design concept, I will get back to you with the floor plan, shopping list, design tips, plus, depending on your service package, 3D renderings, 360 panoramic views, and 60-sec walkthrough movie within the next 7 days.

     If you are in a rush, please let me know, as there is an additional service fee that can get you the final design pack in less than 5 days.

You may not know the names of any design styles or have a clue what a sideboard is, and that’s OK. Flipping through magazines and websites can provide you an idea of what you like and dislike. Feel free to send me pictures with any fabric samples, furniture, room arrangements, or any other inspirations via email, or ask me for an upload link where to drop them.

Keep in mind that I need all these necessary details to be able to start the design process. I will not begin to designing unless you provide the measurements, room photos, at least 5-10 inspirational images, and answer the questionnaire. All of these are mandatory and required from your side within 20 days from payment day.

If the 20 days have passed and you have not started using the service (Send the requested details: questionnaire, measurements, room photos, and inspirational images), you will be entitled to a refund of 70% of your initial payment. Please note that the refund will only be processed upon request.

I own my design and drawings. However, I will not sell your design proposal “as is” to another client. Also, I may use the design boards, 3d renderings, 360 pano-view, or walkthrough movie for my Website Portfolio. Still, your personal data (name, email, etc.) will never appear on any marketing media without your written consent. I will appreciate your feedback and a testimonial to upload it to the website http://www.qolorista.com.

My promise is that you will receive the first two concept proposals within 5 days of sending all details to me. Any revisions requested are to be addressed in 2 days. After the final concept design approval, I will deliver your complete project in 7 days. Depending on your purchased service pack, it may include: design board, floor plan, shopping list, design notes, 3D renderings – 4 pcs, a 360 panoramic views (link or .jpg), and a 60-sec walkthrough movie (link).

If my delivery timeline needs to be extended for any reason, I will let you know and agree together for a new timeline. In this case, you will receive a voucher, based on your service package, for future purchases, or you may ask for a refund to your bank account.

From the day of purchase, you’ll have 20 days to start using the service. My typical timeline for delivering a complete design package is 14 days. This period is considered to begin after receiving all the requested details from you: full payment, filled in a questionnaire, room measurements, and pictures, inspirational pictures.

After delivering the first two drafts of your concept design, you’ll have 10 days to send me your comments. By confirming or denying product choices quickly, I can get your home’s design finished faster.

If, after 10 days, you didn’t request a revision or approve the design proposals, I reserve the right to continue with the completion of my service and deliver the final concept “as is.” The shopping list, design tips, and renderings (3D, 360 pano & 60-sec movie) will include the most recent suggested elements.

Due to the digital nature of my services, cancellations and refunds are not accepted. Please notify me at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing the payment for your design package if you would like to cancel your order and request a refund. Due to transfers commissions and taxes, you will be refunded 95% of your initial paid amount.

Suppose you change your mind only regarding the type of package you want to receive after purchasing. In that case, a partial refund will be taken into consideration (if applicable) only in the first 3 working days from the initial payment.

Based on the service you purchase, you have up to two revision rounds included.

Any additional revisions request has a flat rate of $75 each.

After receiving all the necessary details from you, I will confirm via email that I can start designing your ONE-OF-A-KIND room.

I will get back to you in no more than 5 days with two concept-board proposals, so please check your email within 3-5 days of my confirmation, as sometimes I may be faster with my projects.

As I mentioned before, all our communication will be over email. So please, when you see my proposals, reply to me and confirm that you have received them, even if you’ll send me after few days your comments, revision request, or the concept approval.

I will address all revisions requested from your side in 2 days. It will take me up to 7 days to finish your design board, shopping list, design tips, space plan, renderings, 360 panoramic views, and 60-sec movie after your approval. But if you have any questions regarding the status of the process within these 7 days, write me an email, and I’ll get back to you during my working hours. Please allow me a maximum of 48 hours to reply to your emails.

For all my projects, I usually use ClickUp as my Project Management Tool. If you feel comfortable using this tool, I will give you access to your project and get notifications whenever I finish a task. Let me know, via email, if you want to start using this tool for your project.

Not really. My package is a flat-fee service per room. The listed price is available exclusively for my design services. The charges with furniture, decors, accessories, and contractors are not included, as they are outside my work scope. However, for additional room design services, you’ll get a consistent discounted price.

Because my e-design service is an exclusive online service, your involvement in our project is essential. You will measure and photograph your space and provide me with your inspiration picture. No worries, you will just have to follow the easy measurement instructions you will receive together with the Design Questionnaire.

As I mentioned earlier, because my e-design service is an exclusive online service, I will not get involved in your project implementation; this is your responsibility.
