IMPORTANT: All renderings, concepts, and design boards are representations. Due to program or display variations, colors may differ slightly. Not all products have 3D models, so similar items are used in renderings. Concept boards and 3D renderings are for visualization purposes only, helping you imagine your space’s potential.
Home Design To Show-Off:
- 2 main elements of concept boards to choose from. Each of the concept boards will include 9 main pieces for your specific room.
- 2 revisions were accepted. A revision round represents the change of a maximum of 50% of the proposed items on the design concept board.
- Final design board as PDF file. The final design board will include furniture, paint palette, and décor accessories within your budget. A maximum of 14 elements will be added to your design board.
- Floor plan & TO DO list as PDF file. The itemized space plan and list of TODOs will make it easier to understand the layout.
- Shopping list as PDF file. The shopping list includes details about the products, purchasing information, and links to their online shops.
- 3D realistic renderings as PDF files. There will be 4 realistic renderings with the chosen or very similar furniture products, patterns, texture, and colors.
The process timeline is designed to deliver your design package efficiently. Once you submit your completed Design Questionnaire, room measurements, and space photos, the entire process takes about 10 working days. This includes creating the concept boards, making revisions, and finalizing your design. Please ensure all required information is submitted within 30 days of purchase.
If you need a faster turnaround, a rush service is available for an additional fee. With this option, you can receive your design package in under 10 working days.

Turnaround Time
All design packages are generally delivered within 10 working days from the moment you have shared your homework with me (measurements, room pictures, inspiration pictures, and answered the Design Questionnaire).
If you are in a rush, please let me know, as you can get your design in less than 7 working days for an additional service fee.
Timely Communication
I value clear and open communication. I will respond to emails within 48 hours during my working hours. Feel free to reach out with any questions or updates at any stage of the process.
YOUR HOMEWORK:
- DESIGN QUESTIONNAIRE
- Fill in the Design Questionnaire with details about the room of your choice. Don’t worry; you don’t need to complete all the details, as there are no right or wrong answers. This is just for me to understand your wish-list, lifestyle and your expectation from this project.
- MEASUREMENTS
- Together with the questionnaire, you will measure the room and take pictures from each angle of it. If there are any pieces you would like to keep and incorporate in the design, please take a picture of them and measure them as you do with the room. Instructions on how to measure the space and objects are provided in this pack.
- INSPIRATION PICTURES
- As a picture can express what words can not, you should send me at least 5-10 inspirational photos (or more) in any way you wish. Share your Pinterest or Houzz boards with me or ask me for a separate upload link.
MY HOMEWORK
- DESIGN BOARD
- Based on the information you shared, I will prepare two tailored Concept Boards with the main 9 items for the room and send them to you within 5 working days. You’ll have included one or two rounds of revision (depending on your service package) to refine the proposal. If corrections are needed, I will send you an updated design within the next 2 working days after your change request.
- FINAL DESIGN PACK
After you approve the final design concept, I will get back to you with the floor plan, shopping list, design tips, plus 3D renderings, which the service package includes, within the next 7 working days.
To ensure a smooth process, I rely on you to provide all the necessary information—including the completed questionnaire, room measurements, photos, and inspiration images—within 30 days of purchase. These details are essential for me to begin designing your space.
If you fail to submit the required information within the 30-day window, you may request a refund for 50% of your payment. Refunds will only be processed upon request and within the terms outlined in the Service Agreement.
As your Designer, I retain ownership of the designs and drawings created during our project. However, I will not resell your specific design to another client. I may feature your design boards or 3D renderings in my portfolio or marketing materials, but your personal information (such as name and email) will always remain confidential unless you provide written consent.
You must activate your service by submitting all required details within 30 days of purchase. The design process will officially begin once I receive all the necessary information.
Refunds are available under specific conditions:
- Notify me within 24 hours of purchase to cancel your order for a 95% refund. A 5% deduction covers transaction fees.
- If you wish to change your service package, partial refunds may be available if requested within 3 working days of payment.
Revisions are an essential part of ensuring the design meets your expectations:
- Depending on your package, you are entitled to one or two rounds of revisions. Each round allows changes to a maximum of 50% of the proposed items.
- Additional revision rounds can be requested for a flat fee of $75 per round.
After I receive all the necessary details from you, I will email you to confirm that I can start designing your one-of-a-kind room.
I will get back to you in no more than 5 working days with two concept-board proposals, so please check your email within 3-5 working days of my confirmation, as sometimes I may be faster with my projects.
As I mentioned before, all our communication will be via email. So please reply to me when you see my proposals and confirm that you have received them, even if you send me your comments, revision request, or concept approval after a few days.
I will address all revisions requested from your side in 2 working days. After your approval, it will take me up to 7 working days to finish your design board, shopping list, design tips, space plan, and 3D renderings. However, if you have any questions regarding the status of the process within these 7 working days, write to me, and I’ll get back to you during my working hours. Please allow me a maximum of 48 hours to reply to your emails.
Yes! I offer tailored design services to meet unique needs. Additional options include:
- Rush services for faster delivery.

Absolutely! If you have pieces you love and want to keep, simply share their photos and measurements. I’ll incorporate them into the design to ensure your space feels personal and cohesive.
There’s no strict budget limit.
But remember that I am an online interior designer to a fairy, and I can’t do magic with only $500 to transform your living room. If you don’t know how much to consider for a budget, I’ll help you establish it. Also, I will keep your budget in mind when sourcing the items.
I’ll find a solution for any budget. We will also work together to set the budget priorities, and you’ll be in control of the buying process. The best part about e-design services is that you can buy the chosen products at your own pace. To help you more with your budget, I will incorporate any existing piece into the design concept that you may want to keep.
I work with a wide variety of online retailers and merchants, many of which may already be your favorites. Let me know if you have preferred stores, and I’ll make an effort to source items from them. This collaborative approach ensures the products align with your taste and budget.
Your design style should reflect your personality and lifestyle. Together, we will uncover your preferences through inspirational images, the Design Questionnaire, and open communication. The result will be a one-of-a-kind design tailored specifically to you—no cookie-cutter styles here.
No hidden fees! My packages are flat-rate services that cover all design work. However, please note that costs for furniture, decor, and contractors are not included in the package price.
If you need additional design services for another room, discounted rates may apply.
Your role is crucial to the success of the project. You will need to:
- Measure your space following the instructions provided.
- Take clear photos of the room.
- Share inspirational images to guide the design process.
These tasks ensure I have all the information needed to create a design that meets your expectations.
As part of my e-design service, I provide you with a detailed and actionable plan to implement your design. This includes comprehensive design boards, shopping lists with direct links to products, floor plans, and practical to-do lists, giving you a clear roadmap to follow. However, the actual execution of the design—such as purchasing items, arranging furniture, coordinating deliveries, and hiring contractors if needed—is entirely your responsibility.
My goal is to ensure you are thrilled with your final design. Throughout the process, I encourage open communication to address any concerns or adjustments promptly. If revisions are needed, I will work closely with you to refine the design. In the rare case that you remain dissatisfied, we can revisit the terms of the Refund Policy to determine the best course of action.
